The Fläpps folding chair is 19mm flat, consists of a 2cm plate, fits into every small niche and corner and can also serve as a wall decoration on the wall.
A folding mechanism was specially developed for Fläpps and makes the chair more stable than most other folding chairs. The flexible backrest and the light springs make Fläpps a surprisingly comfortable folding chair. A simple design was a must when designing Fläpps: clear symmetries and lines and materiality down to the last detail. The only 20mm thick folding chair hides complex technology. An internal mechanism allows the foot and seat sections to slide in and out synchronously with one movement.
